Power was out on the Bay Bridge around 7 a.m. only hours after video circulated of big rigs on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge being blown over by the storm. Trees were reported down all over the region, including Burbank and Beverly Hills, as well as Somas in Ventura County. Their proximity to burn scars, like those of the Sand Fire and Tick Fire, which both raged in the area in recent years, places them at risk of debris and mud flows.
