Haven't checked recently but your post/links/explanation should get attention. "Razor IOBIT Gamebooster", it basicly shuts down all uneeded processes so Skyrim can run smoother. Even after uinstalling completely that mod, trying to run any of previous saves, using LOOT or tyring to clean saves with Fallrim tools. I believe that when you have too many mods ENBoost gets overwhelmed and crashes your game. it sounds like your post is very similar to the idea of hitting a problematic piece of hardware real hard, which rarely fixes the issue with it (it does happen), but at the same time has a very high chance of destroying the hardware completely, if you know what i mean.
